The fixtures for the 2017/18 National League Season have been announced today (5th July).
The O’s will make the trip to Gander Green Lane to face Sutton United for the season opener on the 5th August. The match will be a 12:30 kick-off as the fixture has been chosen by BT Sport to be televised.
Orient’s first home game of the new season and indeed the new era will be on Tuesday 8th August. They will host Solihull Moors at Brisbane Road. On the Saturday that follows, the O’s will be back in action at home as Maidstone United travel to E10.
Over the festive period, Orient will play Dagenham & Redbridge twice. On Boxing Day, The O’s will host the Daggers, and John Still’s side will face Orient at Victoria Road on New Years’ Day.
On Good Friday, Orient will travel to Nethermoor Park to play Guiseley and the O’s will return to action at home on Monday against Maidenhead United.
Orient will conclude their campaign with a long trip to the North East to play Gateshead FC.
The Leyton Orient squad returned to training on Monday and their pre-season schedule begins with a match against Tottenham behind closed doors on Wednesday 12th July.
